Who is responsible for your data
TeaFun is operated by TeaBay, an independent developer. For data-protection laws that use the term, TeaBay acts as the data controller for the limited information described below, and can be reached at hello@teafun.cyou. Because most tools run entirely in your browser, the data actually under our control is minimal: a single language-preference cookie, plus whatever your browser shares with our hosting provider (Vercel) and our advertising partner (Google AdSense) as set out in this policy.
What we collect
TeaFun is designed so many tools run locally in your browser. We do not ask for accounts, and we do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, or uploaded private files for these tools. TeaFun does not use analytics tracking or collect browsing statistics.
Cookies
We use one functional cookie (`qt-lang`) to remember your language preference. It is not used for tracking. Third-party services such as Google AdSense may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Google AdSense
TeaFun displays ads through Google AdSense. AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to personalize ads. You can manage those settings at Google Ads Settings. For more details, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Data storage
Tool results that stay on the client remain in your browser unless a page explicitly says otherwise. Some tools may save drafts or preferences locally in browser storage to improve repeat use.

Children's privacy
TeaFun is a general-audience site. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Your rights under the GDPR (EU, UK, and EEA)
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the wider EEA, the GDPR (and UK GDPR) applies. Our lawful basis for the language cookie is our legitimate interest in remembering your preference; our basis for personalized advertising is your consent, which Google AdSense requests through its consent prompt where required. You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw ad-personalization consent at any time via Google Ads Settings, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Your rights under the CCPA (California)
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the 'sale' or 'sharing' of personal information. TeaFun does not sell your personal information for money. Personalized advertising through Google AdSense may involve 'sharing' data for cross-context behavioral advertising as California defines it; you can opt out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings.
